Located on a stunning, fully operating Mango and Orange farm is the amazing Eco-Vineyard Tree house. The Treehouse does what it does on the tin: it is a stunning raised house with a huge platform leading onto the veranda. As you look out of the front of the house, on a clear day you can see Mount Kenya to your right and the Aberdare Mountain range to the left, you can also see the Masinga dam. The open plan house comes with a double bedroom, en suite, and a twin room also en suite. The house can sleep 4 adults and 2 kids. In between the rooms is an open plan kitchen and living room, ideal to take it easy and let all your worries disappear.  This brand-new property doesn’t yet have wifi or a chef, but there are plans to change that, but the vibe here is to escape the humdrum of life.

The Farm is located just north of Makuyu, along the Thika Nyeri highway, about 1.30 hours away from Nairobi, perfect for a Friday afternoon departure, back on Sunday.  As you wonder around the property you will encounter a multitude of stunning trees, a huge dam for some fishing, or just go around the farm and check out how it all works. Also, there are 6 resident ostriches at the farm which are hugely entertaining. But it is the Central location of the farm that we think is the absolute winner. You have fishing biking and walking activities on the farm, there is a gorgeous insect project on the farm that provides a fascinating insight into the world of insect protein production. As well as farm tours and fruit picking on the 500 acre mature fruit farm. But you also close access to the Ragati Conservancy for day trips to experience amazing fly fishing, we are close to the Savage White Water Rafting base and can organize group bookings for that awesome experience.
