What awaits you at Kandili?
Kandili Camp is located in the heart of Maasai Mara. Explore and enjoy a 200 hectare private conservancy area. The Leopard Gorge Conservancy was born with the aim of protecting and preserving this unique ecosystem honouring the spirit of Maasai Mara.
The camp offers spectacular views of Olololo escarpment and the plains of the Maasai Mara National Reserve, one of the most beautiful natural wonders of the world.

Kandili Camp is accessible either by regular scheduled flights from Nairobi (40mins), Samburu, Lewa Downs and Nanyuki or by private charter flights from Nairobi, the Mara or Amboseli.
Accommodation
Kandili has 11 Classical Safari tents
Standard : Six luxury tents which are available in double, twin, triple and single. These tents are decorated in the old classic safari style.
Superior : These three tents are only available as doubles or singles. They are ideal for couples or honeymooners. The sides of these spacious luxury tents can be opened to enable guests to enjoy uninterrupted views of leopard gorge. Each tent has an en-suite bathroom with double sink, toilet and shower that can be opened onto the magnificent savannah.
Suites : Kandili boasts two spacious suites. These suites can be doubles, singles, triples or quadruples and work very well as a family unit. These suites offer a spacious bedroom, fully equipped bathroom, living room with seating area and library, a large terrace where you can enjoy private dinners and lunches. Each suite has a private outdoor fire pit.

Kandili camp is located in a 200 hectare private conservancy area. The Leopard Gorge Conservancy was born with the aim of protecting and preserving this unique ecosystem honouring the spirit of Maasai Mara. Located 15 minutes from Musiara gate guests can enter the reserve for game drives.
Activities at Kandili
Wonderful evening or morning game drives. Early morning or late afternoon walking safaris. Evening walking safari with sundowners in a number of different locations. Night game drives within the conservancy. Hot Air Ballooning can be arranged in advance or whilst in camp. The drive takes approximately 1 hour. Cultural visits to see how the local Masai community live can also be arranged. Bush meals are also a popular extra activity (however we do not offer these in high season).
