Kenton 3, Watamu
About Kenton 3
Kenton 3, Mida Creek, is a newly built four-bedroom house located approximately 1km from the beach and about 300 metres from Mida Creek. The house sleeps a maximum of 6 people. It comprises 3 bedrooms with KING sized sprung mattresses, a large lounge, a fully equipped kitchen and a dhobi with a washing machine, dishwasher and tumble dryer. All bedrooms are ensuite with showers and upstairs one has a bath also. Upstairs bedroom has private verandah. It has a generator for back up power, a large entertainment area with bar leading onto the pool. The house has 3 TVs with Netflix. There are ceiling fans in all the rooms, and A/C in all the bedrooms, kitchen and the main lounge. All crockery and linen are provided.
The property has fantastic security for those concerned, Trelidoors in every room and there are two dogs who are outside in the garden, very friendly to guests, but a good deterrent. Additionally, there are mobile panic buttons, not that these are ever used.
There is a fantastic caretaker on site, who looks after the garden and a housekeeper who can do the laundry and clean the house. We can also arrange for a super cook at an extra cost of Ksh.2,000 per day, should you want the fully relaxed experience at Kenton 3 and not have to worry about cooking.
