The simply delectable Shepard Huts are located right opposite the Nanyuki airstrip, 10kms from Nanyuki town. The four Huts (Bramble, Oak, Holly & Ivy) were lovingly handcrafted in Nanyuki, based on a traditional Somerset shepherd’s hut design from the UK and come furnished with beautiful fittings, on authentic British Oak chassis with cast iron wheels. The huts all have added decks where you can enjoy the magnificent views and gardens and a bathroom to the exterior, adding a little more space to each hut. Holly and Ivy are positioned close together near to the swimming pool, and Bramble and Oak are close together, within walking distance of the other two.

Each hut can comfortably accommodate 1 – 3 people and offers a perfect retreat with stunning views facing Mount Kenya. A fridge, microwave, kettle & toaster is available in each hut but there are also some excellent restaurants and cafes right on your doorstep. If you don’t want to eat out we suggest cold meats, cheese & wine, or use of the communal barbecue facilities. There is also an amazing communal swimming pool at the premises.
